ADJUGO and XP-days Benelux 2024
152

XP-days is a grassroots agile (un)conference

For over twenty years, enthusiasts of agile methodologies from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg have come together to organize a yearly conference.

ADJUGO participates in the organization and actively contributes. Even though the program is outstanding in general, we would like to emphasize the contributions made by our team and our valued partners. And we hope you will join us in Elewijt, Belgium, on  28-29 November 2024  in the Elewijt Center.

Help, how do I get more jazz in a classically trained organization?

The first of the ADJUGO speakers are Karen De Boeck and Jürgen Maus, who will give a 60-minute session on discovering how impact mapping can be a powerful tool for influencing a system.

You'll learn to use this technique to pinpoint and leverage key areas of influence, enabling you to address and drive significant change within complex environments.

In this engaging session, learn how to add "jazz" to your organization by mastering systemic change. Experience how every action affects the larger system. Use Impact Mapping to find key "knobs" to turn for maximum influence and big challenges. Working in small groups, develop practical strategies for your case for driving impactful change.

Get ready for hands-on experience and actionable insights to create meaningful improvements, even in complex situations.

What if you would like SAFe?

Bashing SAFe is satisfactory. You get likes on LinkedIn. However, as a coach, you must help your team and the organization, and disliking SAFe may prevent you from being the best version of yourself. Maybe I can help you like SAFe better...

Bring your questions to our session and challenge Chris Verlinden from ADJUGO!

Let Go and Watch Your Team Sail… If You Dare!

Join us in this session to explore the concept of intent-based leadership, as championed by David Marquet, and how it can empower your teams to achieve greater autonomy. Engage in an interactive activity that will help you understand the significance of intent and its influence on your organization. We will also discuss strategies for gradually transferring responsibilities from leaders to team members through the use of Delegation Poker. Discover what your team requires for development and how leaders can effectively relinquish control, nurturing a culture of self-management and collective ownership.

Jürgen Maus and Jan Verstrepen from ADJUGO will present practical tools to enhance team autonomy and performance
